One of LIFE magazine's greatest PJ photographers. Eisenstaedt's iconic image of a sailor kissing a nurse in Times Square is recognizable by millions. VJ day in Times Square, captures the jubilation of America defeating Japan, August 14th, 1945. Check out this great documntary on Eisenstaedt: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1gMex5mndME
Checked out the Canon D60 IR (infrared) camera and messed around with it for an afternoon, which everybody should do! Just thought I'd post some of the shots to our copacetic class compendium.
